Q: Do students have to build the project before joining ? or they have to build it during the hackathon ?

A: You’re welcome to pre-build some parts of it but we’re definitely encouraging you to work on it at the hackathon. We have some really great guests and some MS background to share. But if you have an idea from the materials already provided I won’t stop you!
