Final Reminders!

For those of you I'm sending twice, apologies!

As a reminder, TODAY Thursday, March 28 is the last day to sign up!

REGISTER:

Please remember there are two locations you must register in:

Google Forms and DevPost.

- Because some of your DevPost names aren’t your actual names, if you could shoot me a message just tying the handle to your name/email I’d really appreciate it.

- If you signed up a team member and you know they haven’t registered, remind them! Or let us know if they no longer want to participate so we can rework some teams.

SLACK:

- Everyone should have access to our Slack channel, CodeNorms, where we will be doing most of the communicating. Please sign up with your USC email, let me know if there’s a problem.

- Teams have already started to form so meet people, let us know if you’d like to work with someone by Saturday morning!

TOPIC BRIEF:

There is a Norms brief everyone should have access to, whether I emailed it or you found it on #hackathon. Please read it over, ask questions if you have any. We have Dr. Daniel Pelletier, Chief of the Neuro-Immunology and MS Division at Keck, joining us both mornings this weekend for more extensive questions regarding the disease.

SCHEDULE:

- Attached is the schedule for the upcoming 24 hours. We have accommodated all diets mentioned.

- Check in will be Saturday from 8-9am in Leavey Library (LVL 17). We will begin promptly at 9:15am!

REMINDERS:

Remember to bring your USC ID with you, laptop, chargers and any other hackathon gear you might need. We think you'll want to rest while you're here too, so bring a sleeping bag and some toiletries.

Questions, comments, need to withdraw your application? Reply to this email or direct message me on Slack (faster).

We cannot wait to work with you guys, really. We’ll share our stories and backgrounds with you Saturday.

-Lauren + Team Norms
